About Me

Hi, I’m Lauren Rose. I have been giving Tantra Massage & energy work professionally since 2016. I love to work with men, women and couples, as the sessions have different intentions. I believe this work is important to help us reconnect with our bodies, our hearts, our sense of spirituality, our desires, our emotions, our needs, to nature & to each other. I believe the root to dis-ease within us and the (eco) system, is due to the disconnection of all these things.

I am currently studying Love, Sex & Relationship Coaching with Layla Martin, to deepen the container in which I work; through trauma- informed Somatic Coaching & transformational tools, stemming from the Tantric approach.

From a very young age, I rejected society, capitalism & what the mainstream told me. At 13, I stopped eating animals & I initiated myself into Witchcraft. By nature, I am an alternative thinker and a seeker.

My journey really started though in Spain, in 2014 with a spiritual awakening from my first 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat. My life changed forever, I had found my path. I discovered an alternative way to live in nature and fell in love with the earth, the sun, the moon & the stars. I discovered Reiki, Womb Healing, Human Design, Permaculture, Conscious Dancing, Tantra, Osho, Tarot, Wheel of Consent, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Californian & Lomi Lomi massage.

More recently, I have been walking the Shamanic path. I completed my studies in Shamanic Energy Medicine at the Four Winds Society & in Nature Therapy at a Buddhist Psychotherapy school. I learned ancient energy medicine techniques from a Mexican Elder in the mountains of Monchique. I follow nature’s rhythms & moon cycles & am deepening my connection to myself through Plant Medicine.

Over the last decade, I've had many awakenings, but in 2023 I experienced becoming empowered as a woman. A reclamation of personal & divine feminine power, deepening my level of consciousness and developing a strong belief in myself and my intuition. Portugal has provided me with a home, a foundation, a place to grow roots. I give thanks to this land, my spiritual home. I've had so many lessons & growth spurts, over the years that I've been here and I live in daily gratitude for this gift of life.

But, it was not always like this. I spent many years in emotional pain from my childhood, which created so much wounding in my heart. The grief, anger & helplessness was profound. The relationship I had with myself and with others was very damaged. And operating in a stressful world, as a highly sensitive person was extremely difficult. But today, through my personal healing work, I can say I have created a truly amazing life for myself; full of joy, inspiration, creativity, aliveness, curiosity & wonder.

More than anything, I care about healing; myself, people & planet. I love to help others on their path. We must do the work that brings us closer to Love. We must hold each other as our hearts open. In my sessions, I invite you to drop into sacred space, a place of timelessness, a state of healing…allow yourself to be open to learning, exploring and experiencing something new. Where the vulnerability is, beyond the edges of our comfort zone, lies the growth & shift we’ve been waiting for.
